Steel

Steel is the horse vice-commander for the Order of Imperial Knights in the visual novel GameOver. The father of Iron, he serves as the strong right hand to Commander Garthoz and is highly interested in the oft-spoken about newcomer to the town. While he would absolutely love you getting with his son and giving him grandchildren, he's also quite interested in you as an Oracle to the Sovereign Diakor. Watch out or he may decide that he's better off being your daddy than his son. He has one Bad End to discover.

Questlines

Meeting A Daddy

After the Order comes to town in a parade of Knights, venturing to the Barracks will begin a scene where all of the important Knights and guards are in a private meeting. You'll be confronted by Iron, who is temporarily skipping out on the meeting. Apparently the Knights are planning a full take over of the command structure of the town and Captain Ran has been reassigned to other duties elsewhere. Iron says that if you want to get into the good graces of the new commanders, then you should look for the "new stallion in town". When you attempt to find the stallion at the Barracks, you'll quickly find that difficult, since there's several stallions among the Knights and Iron wasn't exactly specific. That is until you're accosted by one in particular, Steel, vice-commander of the Knights. Surprised that his son had directed you to him, he realizes that you're the "mare" his son has been attempting to woo. And he makes it no secret at he's interested in having grandchildren. So long as you've become Diakor's vassal or have done the alternative of patrolling with Jar, ended up choosing to become a part of him, and have discussed altering Varok's mark with him, Steel will tell you that the Commander Garthoz is looking for you.

Having a more casual conversation afterwards, Steel asks what made Iron interested in you in the first place, before you fought initially. You're not really sure and Steel isn't either, pointing out that Iron is the first of his sons other than himself to include a guy in his harem. After meeting Steel and having slept in your inn room, Steel will ask a personal question, explaining that Iron had told him the full background of you both and if his son isn't going to make a move, he's always available instead. He also mentions looking forward to meeting the Sovereign and says if you come with him, you might be made a vassal and then he'd have to actively fight his son for you. He apparently doesn't know that part of your history yet. If you've had Garthoz meet with Diakor in your presence, either with you previously aware of the Sovereign or not, and have gotten Diakor's assurance that his lion knight will take care of the unknown troublemaker that Captain Ran has been having you investigate, then Steel will tell you that you've been approved to accompany him on patrols.

Touring With A Daddy

Going out with him will have Steel make you show him around town, since he isn't familiar with the important locations yet. He comments on how the more bestial members of the town will need to be segregated if it's ever going to change into a city, particularly becoming the magic capital that Mayor Sep wants. Diakor chimes in that the beasts and fiends are loyal to him and the knights shouldn't question his plan. The fact that you are a strong enough oracle for the Sovereign to speak directly through impresses Steel and seems to arouse him. He laments his son's lack of drive to make a harem with you and points out the importance of having omegas like you in a group. He also mentions that he heard you can cook and warns you not to bring him a meal unless you're ready for him to take advantage of you while he's eating it.

The next patrol requires you to have already experienced the public explosive exposure event with Vandeel, which will have Steel and you head over to the blacksmith to check up on an order for the knights. Since the Order is going to have new members join from the guards and be blessed personally by Diakor, they'll need upgraded armor for the occasion. You'll be confronted by Vandeel, who will overtly comment on your past exploits right away, suggesting a threesome with Steel. They somehow end up agreeing to go out drinking in the future so Vandeel can tell Steel all about what you've been doing about town. Steel comments on Vandeel's personal attributes afterward and brings up the special role omegas play in a stallion's harem.

Having played with Boris extensively and spoken with him about it is needed for the next patrol, as Steel will take you both over to the tavern and immediately he and Boris will greet each other as old friends. Apparently Steel has had to arrest him several times in the past and they became companionable acquaintances afterwards and if you can safely have fun with Boris, Steel wonders just how much punishment you can really take. He brings up some potential ideas in your follow-up conversation. Once you've had multiple children and spoken with Oscar about the process, Steel will take you on a trip to the Healer's Office to collect health reports. It seems Oscar has been looking for someone to train him at the gym, but he wants someone other than abrasive Vic. You agree to do so and Steel notes that you even have the town doctor after you, suggesting you go to the gym with him sometime too and help out as a sweat rag. Contemplating about Oscar, Steel muses about how kinky the doctor might actually be in secret or at least what you could convince him to do.

The final patrol tour has you both heading to the clothing shop and Steel considering how he wants to dress you up in the future. Unfortunately, Rutherfurd's general clothing isn't so revealing and the only way to have him make something like that is through custom order. Something to consider. He does end up putting in the order afterwards and apparently sets up a time for getting your custom fittings and plans to invite Iron so the both of them can take care of both you and Rutherfurd at the same time. During your patrols with Steel, be careful that you don't let your lust overflow or he may decide he needs to take care of you himself indefinitely. In such a case, you may find yourself his little squire secret keeping Steel's own lust under control while giving a speech to the Order of Knights. Once you've encountered and reversed time from this outcome, Steel will take notice that something's different about you, just like Iron told him. He feels like how knows you on a deeper, personal level than should be appropriate for your short time together thus far. He demands a list of other people you've had fun with who have had similar feelings happen spontaneously, wanting to cross-reference experiences with them so he can report to Garthoz.

Dating A Daddy

After your multiple tours of the town, you'll have the opportunity to take Steel on a date that he's been hinting at. Once you've foraged the ingredients for a Spicy Berry Pork Skewer, you can start the date from your room. You head over to the Barracks with your meal in tow and Steel, surprised, has you bring it to his home. Removing his armor so he can get comfortable, he proceeds to eat the meal you made for him while giving you a meal in return. Both options unlock further discussions, so the date will need to be done twice to unlock everything. He suggests that you continue cooking for both him and Iron while you're working as Iron's squire. Steel compliments your bedroom abilities, bringing up some background history about Iron and how you'll need to take good care of his son.
