He also expects you to attend to him personally at his desk and you might need some potions from [[Azlos]] to help with that.<ref>Sep Talk 7</ref> His first assignment is for you to deliver a number of packages and get signatures for them the old fashioned way, at least until the town's teleportation crystal is finished being built.
