Sep is the Mayor of the Town in the visual novel GameOver.

Background

A magic user himself, the mayor is experienced in sealing magics and incantations, which includes his ability to seal away body parts when having personal time.[1]

Questlines

Meeting the Mayor is a rather underwhelming affair with introductions made and not much else with how busy he is at the moment.[2] Questioning how you got through the forest so easily, you explain that you didn't see anything, which disappoints Sep and has him tell you that you need to learn how to embellish your stories for when you become a famous adventurer in the future.[3] He then asks your thoughts about the town and you tell him that it's a nice, small town. He reminisces on how many visitors they used to get in the past while they were still growing, but a lot of the town was destroyed in the fiend attack and they had to hire a lot of new guards that weren't canines in order to protect the town.[4] Once you've visited every location in town, Sep will get your opinion on the places and people. You respond positively and he says he might give you requests every once in a while, with pay, as someone who isn't an old member of the town might have a better perspective and capability to do things than others.[5]

If you visit Sep while your lust is at half or more, he'll notice your predicament and suggest you go under his desk to give him a footrub and he can help you out.[6] Taking your place under his desk, with some variation if you have the musk kink unlocked, Sep helps you out while also testing how durable your hide is.[7] If you let yourself get too worn out from his groping appendages after your first time, then he might decide to keep you as his toy and receive his own payment for all the times you helped him.[8] Once you've met Harold[9] and gotten close enough to get physical with Garius,[10] Sep will trust you enough to have you conduct a delivery to the newly arrived noble Kiel and says that your help will be considered a positive favor by the Baroness.[11] Encountering Sep while working at Rutherfurd's shop will surprise him that you're trusted enough to do so, especially when you've been sleeping with the hippo, and the mayor implies he might have other opportunities for someone trusted like that.[12] He inquires more at his office about how you managed that trust and he seems to know everything you've been up to.[13]

Harold is the next deliveree and comments that he won't need you to take anything in return since he has a direct line to Sep's office, what with the mage being the one creating the town's teleportation crystals.[34] If you've gotten some intimate alone time with Shlar,[35] then you can have a task to deliver packages to him and he will merely comment that you seem to be ready to go to the next step of your training.[36] The librarian Kiel is also a source of package designation.[37] Beware if you use up all your stamina making deliveries though or Sep will take advantage of your fatigue to train you into a proper pet to completely serve him beneath his desk, with text variances if the mpreg kink is unlocked and an alternative image if the inflation kink is unlocked.[38] Conversing with Sep afterward is strange, with you both feeling like you know each other closer than you really should.[39]

Being closer with Jar and having him agree to give you the possibility of having children, though they will come out as eggs and belong to the town per his agreement with the mayor,[40] and having done almost a dozen work sessions with Sep will have him become aware of this, due to Jar asking him for permission to do so to you. He advises you keep quiet about this agreement and perhaps don't get too involved with untrustworthy fiends like Jar.[41]
