==How to play the game==
The primary feature of the game is based around the titular mechanism, [[Game Overs]]. Each character in the game has a Bad End that can be encountered, usually occurring based on the player running out of HP, Stamina, or maxing out on Lust, with some characters featuring multiple Bad Ends from different combinations of these stats. When the player finds one of these Bad Ends, they will be confronted with a "Game Over" screen afterwards, but this is not the end of the game.

If the credits are continued through with the "Next" button, the final screen will feature a "Wake Up" button instead. Pressing this will have the player wake up in their room at the inn on the morning of the day they just went through. Because of this time reversal, any characters met and conversations had on that day will have not happened, though the fact that a Bad End occurred remains true. Obtaining these Bad Ends not only adds the scenes to the "Dreams" screen when the player sleeps in their room, but are also critical to unlocking further progress with character relationships and the primary storyline.

However, because Bad Ends erase any progress that occurred in the same day, '''it is highly recommended that the player goes to sleep in their room before enacting a Bad End''', as sleeping progresses to a new day and "saves" the events that occurred and the people spoken with from the prior day.
