Vic is a osprey gym owner from the visual novel GameOver. He sometimes spotlights as a replacement bartender for Garius.

Questlines

Entering the Gym for the first time, you are quickly accosted by a large bird man. Vic, as the owner, seems to not want adventurers just wandering in and messing up the place, much like the mercenaries already had done. But Vic had a "talk" with them and they're following the rules properly now. He won't let you use anything though until he considers you trustworthy, though the connected bathhouse is openly available to travelers. He will make an exception, however, if you help spot him and train under his watch.
