Vandeel is a dwarf blacksmith from the visual novel GameOver.
Questlines
Once you've encountered Vince's alternative ending[1] and helped him out with his ideas about the mist[2], along with getting Mayor Sep's approval as a visitor to the town,[3] you'll run across a loud yelling man at the Blacksmith shop and Vince will explain that a master blacksmith has come to town and will be teaching him how to improve his abilities and how to enchant items. Vandeel then comes out, recognizes you as the new traveler, and exposes Vince's secret fantasies about you.[4]
