Burchill is a tiger waiter from the visual novel GameOver.
Questlines
A later addition to the town, you need to have progressed enough in getting close to Garius for Reynard to comment on it,[1] to have gotten Mayor Sep's approval for having explored every location in the Town,[2] to have gotten and done as much as you can with Waffurd,[3] and to have gotten Rutherfurd's approval for getting close to his adoptive son[4][5][6] to finally get the opportunity to encounter an unknown man with a tray at the Tavern. Garius will explain the newcomer and how he's in quite a bit of monetary debt to the Mayor. Saying hello to the tiger, he refers to Garius as his "Captain" and recognizes you as the boar's "Plucky", whatever that means.[7]
