Jake is a character from the visual novel Summoned By Accident. A rat by nature and shape, he is quite inquisitive and friendly with you while you bug him during his late night job shifts and hangout with him on his morning exercise routine.
Interactions
First coming across him through a PATS meet and greet in the Downtown area under the label A Curious Rat, Jake recognizes you as the perpetual hanger-outer with the goblins in town. Barely indistinguishable from one yourself. He questions why you hang around them and where all the goblins showed up from in the first place, since he doesn't think they even existed as a real thing until recently. While his night job seems to strangely be guarding a handleless door, he mentions that he works during the day at Aero's shop.[1]
You can also then encounter Jake going on a jog in the Park during the morning hours. Joining him, he questions you on whether any cute goblins work for Boss' service catalogue, since most of them seem too big and buff for his liking. He's especially interested if you're looking cute on whether you work for the service as well.[2] Further jogs will have him proposition you for some hanky-panky in the treeline.[3] You can have repeat encounters with him, though he sometimes has to get to work early and needs to decline your overtures. He recommends you come around the store sometime though and he might be able to convince Aero to let you both borrow his bed for a bit.[4]
