Vic is a osprey gym owner from the visual novel GameOver. He sometimes spotlights as a replacement bartender for Garius.

Questlines

Entering the Gym for the first time, you are quickly accosted by a large bird man. Vic, as the owner, seems to not want adventurers just wandering in and messing up the place, much like the mercenaries already had done. But Vic had a "talk" with them and they're following the rules properly now. He won't let you use anything though until he considers you trustworthy, though the connected bathhouse is openly available to travelers. He will make an exception, however, if you help spot him and train under his watch.[1] Discussing the rumors about your arrival, Vic is surprised you didn't see more of the conflict in the forest, though tells you not to worry if you can't live up to the hype the town has been making about you.[2] Vic wishes the brothel would be completed sooner rather than later, since he finds it difficult to get members of the town to sleep with him.[3]

Annoyed that he's being recruited by Mayor Sep to help out with the construction work and won't have as much time to keep up with his workout routine, he hopes the construction work gets finished sooner rather than later.[4] Working out with Vic has him comment on how much of a twig you are and how you'll have to get bulked up before you leave the town or you'll give his gym a bad reputation.[5] If you have the musk kink unlocked and do a workout session with lust at half or more, he'll notice your state in the middle of his workout and give you what you really want with a headlock into a very smelly location. A successive series or escalation scenes happen as you continue to do workouts.[6] So long as you have the inflation kink unlocked, you should be careful not to let your lust overwhelm you though or you'll become his permanent workout partner helping to get rid of his horniness.[7]

After Garius comments on you working out[8] and has given you your advanced waiter outfit[9] and acknowledges your close relationship,[10] he'll start working out at the gym and Vic will fill in for him at the tavern every other time you visit. He approves of how revealing your outfit is and then confuses you both by commenting on your backside as if he's seen it plenty of times before.
