Vandeel is a dwarf blacksmith from the visual novel GameOver.
Background
Born as a member of the dwarven kingdom in the south, he still cares about his peoples' culture.[1]
Questlines
Once you've encountered Vince's alternative ending[2] and helped him out with his ideas about the mist[3], along with getting Mayor Sep's approval as a visitor to the town,[4] you'll run across a loud yelling man at the Blacksmith shop and Vince will explain that a master blacksmith has come to town and will be teaching him how to improve his abilities and how to enchant items. Vandeel then comes out, recognizes you as the new traveler, and exposes Vince's secret fantasies about you.[5] You'll then see Vandeel through a number of Vince's working scenes and while talking with the fox, but you won't be able to interact directly with the dwarf until after you've extensively worked with the two of them[6] and have met Bjorn while he's working on construction over at the East Gate.[7]
