Burchill is a tiger waiter from the visual novel GameOver. Boisterous, loud, and outgoing, this former pirate is all go all the time and will drown you in swashbuckling jargon. While trying to pay off a large debt to Mayor Sep, he will help extend Reynard's cooking business by being the outsourced deliveryman across the town. He has one Bad End to discover.
Questlines
A Pirate Comes Aboard
A later addition to the town, you need to have progressed enough in getting close to Garius for Reynard to comment on it,[1] to have gotten Mayor Sep's approval for having explored every location in the Town,[2] to have done as much as you can with Waffurd,[3] and to have gotten Rutherfurd's approval for getting close to his adoptive son[4][5][6] to finally get the opportunity to encounter an unknown man with a tray at the Tavern. Garius will explain the newcomer and how he's in quite a bit of monetary debt to the Mayor.
